The hotel was developed with great environmental awareness, in an attempt to achieve harmonious integration with the forest and the community.. The key concern was, and always will be, to cause the lowest environmental impact while the hotel will play an awareness-raising role among those who visit it.

Eco-Friendly
Kitchen

The eco-friendly approach continues in the hotel kitchen. Guests can order from a sustainable menu where 75% of the vegetables and 90% of the livestock have been locally sourced and reared, reducing the impact of environmental damage caused by importing produce. The kitchen gives priority to suppliers from the region, pasture meat and vegetables, herbs and flowers that grow free in the gardens of Lagodekhi.
